Shortly, there will be a number of positions that could suit the right applicants. Fish Farmers is primarily a research and development company, so we have a need for researchers from a wide range of disciplines, but we are also a farming business so we need people with practical hands on skills in a number of different trades. For this reason, we are always interested in hearing from people, who can identify with our vision and would like to play a part in helping us to bring it to fruition. However, before you contact us, please read on, to get an idea of the conditions on which you would be employed and the sacrifices you would need to make. Working with us will be nothing like a standard corporate, government or university based job.

All of our initial employees are people who are also investors in our company. Some are investing their cash, others are investing their time while some are doing both. Either way, our employees are supporting themselves as well as supporting the company to get off the ground.
